I'm an ex-user and have been in treatment at Guernsey House for 4 years and am happy with the service. However, a couple of months ago I came to an appointment and was prescribed some medication. But they forgot to send the script to my chemist. It was a Sunday and the chemist couldn't get in touch with anyone to sort it out.
I was left with no Subutex for 24 hours. I was very angry because I've been clean for 4 years now (thanks to taking Subutex) and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to continue without it. Why aren't there any emergency numbers at weekends, so that if there's a problem they could sort it?
