My wife Sheila was taken from Manchester Airport to Wythenshawe A and E this morning after collapsing in Terminal 2 prior to flying to Gibraltar.The care she received from the ambulance and hospital staff was caring, professional and first class. She spent several hours in the busy hospital where staff were patiently diagnosing the causes of the problem. At a time when the NHS is being criticised from all quarters I would like to sing their praises and say a most sincere "thank you" for all your support and expertise this morning. Neil Dodds
