I was told my prescription would be available on Wednesday, the very day after my consultation with yourselves and that when my practice has received it they would let me know. It is now almost a week and I have received no phone call from my practice to say it's ready. How can I be expected to take a medication if it is not dispensed and prepared in a reasonable time?
