"Thank you"

Thank you to all the staff who looked after me (and everyone else) at A & E after I suffered a minor injury to my foot. The reception staff were so patient and helpful despite the number of unpleasant (drunk and aggressive) people visiting the hospital whilst we were there. One nurse from triage took a lot of abuse from one man and carried on with his job in the most professional manner. I was then treated by another amazingly patient and calm doctor I couldn't be more grateful. I hope that this message can be passed on to the staff working through the night that evening (Saturday 18th October approx 4am). I feel so strongly about how lucky we are for the NHS and I wish there was more positive recognition for the amazing service that the staff provide. Thank you : )
