My sincere gratitude to all involved in my total hip replacement, (Sat. Oct.25th),merely 8 days ago! My fears were allayed at my pre-op assessment thanks to patient, caring professionals and 22 days later, thanks to the expertise of the surgeon and the anaesthetists, I am the proud owner of a functioning hip joint. My after care on Ward 3 was exemplary. I have rarely come across such a dedicated group of professional, considerate people. Their attention to detail concerning my care was faultless and their friendliness and willingness to assist was such a positive addition to my recovery process. Thank you, all of you, from the bottom of my hip and heart! Thank you also to catering and cleaning. The food was excellent as was the standard of cleaning in my room. Caroline A.

I am really pleased that you felt so well cared for during your time with us. You will understand why we are so proud of our staff and the commitment they give to providing high quality, safe and compassionate care. We know from our own measurement and feedback systems that the care on ward three is outstanding. The team will be really chuffed to know how much their care has meant to you personally.
