From the moment you walk in it is a welcoming place to be. Everyone has a smile and go out of there way to help you. I had major pelvic surgery and I couldn't have been looked after better from the theatre staff who held my hand and made me feel very safe the ward staff right from the senior sister to the sister the nurses and the nursing assistants looked after not only me but made sure my young children were cared for too .the catering staff and the housekeeping staff go out of there way to look after you too and the porters carry all your bags and were extremely professional and very smartly dressed. In addition the consultant and his secretary were excellent and went out of their way to make this as easy a process as it could be. If you have to have an operation then this in my opinion is the place to be.
