(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

It has been a lot of great help to me. When I lost my beloved husband I also lost all my confidence. I just didn't feel I could do anything on my own. At 54 years old this can be a disaster. I can now say a lot of my confidence is back. I am managing well - thanks to Christine and Inclusion Matters Sefton.
