"Excellent Frontline Assessment and Treatment"

About: St Peter's Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Attended A&E with my daughter with head injury.

Triage and assessment including CT head scan took place, waiting times were long, but service received warm, respectful, apologetic, treatment advice good standard. All this despite obviously overstretched staff.

Government must ensure our country's National Health Service is nurtured and is able to draw from its original ethos, first class health care for all.

This must be maintained and continue.

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments here. We are pleased to hear that the service and treatment you received were of a good standard and can only apologise for the long waiting times. We will make sure that your comments are shared with the staff in A&E.
