"Doctor"

I have been seeing dermatologists for over 20 years, some have been very nice, most have been ok, but this one is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. I have never met anyone as rude, arrogant, cold and uncaring in my life. When I went into the room he barely acknowledged my existence, after 5 minutes of awkward silence he finally looked up from my file and began to tell me what treatment was going to happen before he had asked me about my problem or how it affects me. I tried to explain my problems and situation but he was not interested in what I had to say in the slightest. Instead he would talk over or interrupt me. Whenever he did "speak" to me, it was difficult to understand what he was saying as he would be mumbling in a thick accent while looking down at the file. When I said I wasn't happy with the proposed treatment he just said it's either that or nothing. At this point I was so upset and frustrated I was trying not to cry and just wanted to leave. Just as I was about to leave he said" if you've got a problem with the treatment, tell me, don't make me read it off your face". He made me feel intimidated and humiliated. Broomfield hospital should feel ashamed for allowing this doctor to work here.
