"Hospital vist to CCU ward"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

My husband was transferred to CCU from CDU and then transferred to Glenfiel after two weeks for a heart operation. In all the time he was on the ward eveu one of the staff were very polite to him and myself and I was there much of the time whilst my husband was on the ward. We were kept informed regarding his care and any questions we asked were quickly answered by the person in charge of his care. The team are wonderful and we cannot thank you enough.

Dear Anon

Firstly, I would like to personally thank you for such lovely comments.

Myself and my team always try extremely hard to provide dedicated care to all our patients and there family. When such comments are recieved it makes us all very proud of the role we undertake. Through this positive feedback it increases morale and this has a huge impact on us as a team. I would also like to pass on the teams sincere gratitude for taking the time to write such lovely comments around the work we do, and we would like to wish them both well and all the very best for the future.

Regards
