"Rushed out by clinical assessment team"

About: The Royal London Hospital

Took my mother in this evening. She is suffering from left loin pain. She has had pyelonephritis recurring 6-7 times since the beginning of this year. Once or twice it was caused by an ESBL activity bug. Our local hospital (Newham) have failed to find out why it keeps happening so we decided to go to royal london this time. As soon as we were called in for our assessment we were made to feel like there was no need for us to even be there when clearly my mum was and still is in a lot of pain. The doctor who then saw us also fobbed us off with more oral antibiotics (ones which she's already taking - with no signs of improvement). Now waiting in Newham hospital where the assessment team 'think' she may need IV antibiotics. Going to royal london was a waste of time. Not happy
