Fantastic care given. The team were patient, caring and discussed my mother's needs with us both. The initial registration was quick with the receptionist ensuring we had prompt service once she knew mum had a deep open wound. All members of staff were keen to help and demonstrated a caring attitude towards mum. The move to x-ray was quick and efficient with the porters and x-ray department staff giving me excellent advice (this was my first visit as a patient, as I do not live in Runcorn). Many thanks to you all. A real credit to the NHS. :-)
