"X-Ray for children."

We attended for my 2,5 years old son appointment with dentist. Dentist at St Helier Hospital was brilliant with our boy. He was excited and it all went well for him and us. Then Doctor asked as for our son to have an X -ray. We have been waiting long time to be seen at x-rays. Than we met a ladys who was meant to do the actuall x-ray for him. She wasnt pleasant at all. She didnt great our son or us in the proper manner. She didnt explain to him what was going to happen. She was giving us orders like in the army, or prison maybe. She was raising her voice too much so our son got scared at the biginning. I asked her to talk to him first because she scared him already. She answered that other patients were waiting and she was rushing us because she did not want any complaints. Our son was even more scared and didnt want to sit on the chair, so we needed to leave without having and x-ray done. I dont want to spoil all the nice experience with dentists he had so far by one very unprofessional, unpleasant, stressed and angry woman. I really think you shouldnt let people like that work with little children. He is not even 3 ! Let him relax and have time!
