This hospital is a disaster. There is only on central switchboard which makes it extremely difficult to reach anyone or find anything out .You get passed around arbitrarily by people who seem to have no idea of what they're doing and no obligation to help you with your enquiry. Staff on the wards are surly and disinterested, lacking in empathy and have a really bad attitude. I was trying to trace a family member who'd been hospitalised and I've been treated better trying to trace an umbrella left on a bus.
