I am writing because an old lady friend of mine told me that a NHS driver took her to the eye clinic, only to be told on arrival that there was no clinic open on that day. It was 16.30pm when I spoke to her. She had been on the move all day. I was told that she had been waiting three hours when she went there.
"Clinic was not open"
