Was so nervous attending day surgery today but all staff put me at ease . The Consultant was so down to earth explained everything & visited me after op.The surgeon friendly & helpful. the nurse never stopped & was so helpful as well as all the nursing staff they made me tired just watching them . Thankyou for making my stay a positive experience . You all do amazing job Ward 12.
