Going to A&E is never nice, and I know that the MRI is under a lot of pressure being a city centre hospital, but I cannot thank you enough for the superb care and treatment I received when rushed in on Saturday with a severe allergic reaction. From the ambulance driver to all the staff who triaged me and the doctors who looked after me, everyone was great, really kind and helpful. I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor even after I had been stabilised. Thanks so much to all of you. I spend a lot of time out of the country and it always reinforces how lucky we are to have the NHS and such fantastic world class facilities available to everyone.
