Attended for contraceptive appointment. Booking appointment prior via telephone, receptionist was polite and helpful. On the day all staff were exceptionaly polite, caring and understanding. Dignity, respect and privacy is obviously held in high regard with the hole team. I was made to real very relaxed and welcomed. My appointment was on time, staff introduced themselves and were very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. On what can be abit of a taboo subject of sex, this was dealt with very professionally and I did not feel uncomfortable in the slightest discussing the matter with the Sister I saw. All staff had smiles or a hello for everyone that came in. Everywhere was clean and tidy, lots of information at hand for those that might just want a leaflet. The waiting room was tidy and sectioned with half height screens making a more discret and private environment. I noticed information for both heterosexual and homosexual health highlighting the services anti discrimination and non judgemental services which were clearly evident when having a discussion with the staff member my appointment was with, as non assumptions were made to sexuality and advice was provided appropriately. Overall I cannot fault the service and my experience. Thank you.
