"Excellent treatment"

I recently attended the cardio catheter suite at Kingsmill for treatment. I just wanted to write this review to say what an excellent service I received from the warm welcome on arrival by the reception staff through to the care given by the doctors and nursing team. I was feeling very anxious and scared but the whole team gave me comfort and reassurance throughout my stay a particular thanks to a particular member of staff for holding my hand and being so caring also to another three staff members for their support and care. The attention to ensuring all patients are comfortable and well cared for shines throughout. The staff team maintain high standards of cleanliness and record keeping. I feel this is a caring compassionate and well led team who cares for their patients as individuals not just a number. Well done an asset to Kingsmill
