About: Bromley Healthcare / District nursing

(as the patient),

The District Nurse came to the house this morning and changed my dressing. I had no idea in advance what would be involved and the nurse put me immediately at my ease.

She changed the dressing quickly and efficiently, guiding me what to do in exactly the right way and recognised the slight problem immediately, with the answer to hand straight away.

Above all, she did not ask intrusive questions that could have caused me difficulty because of the sensitive nature of the cause.

Thank you for your kind words regarding our District Nursing Team. The ladies (and a few men!) work hard to support all their clients in the community and it is great for them to get such nice feedback.

I hope that you recover quickly and that our services may no longer be needed, however if you do need our care, rest assured they will support you to the best of their ability.
