I had a bowel operation in March this year at QMC. I stayed on ward E19 and D9 and had fantastic care in both. All the staff were excellent, from the cleaners to the nurses, doctors and consultants. They were kind, caring and I could not find any fault with them. I also used the paramedics as I collapsed in town and they came to help me. I felt a little better so I decided not to go to hospital and went home. The paramedics were also very good. I then felt very unwell soon after so my husband took me to A&E where they dealt with me straight away. I was taken to a ward and given a bed. They were all excellent on the ward. I then had an operation on my bowel and have to have another operation next year. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.
