"Thank you"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I gave birth to my 1st child, beautiful baby girl, in this hospital at Natural Birth centre on 02nd of October. My midwife was just a perfect match for me during my labour. At first I thought to myself, she was rather young, but she turned out to be very professional, thorough and she was a great comfort to me. Thank you, you are great asset to this Maternity unit. Only downfall was at Postnatel ward. I am quite easy going person, deffinately not a high maintenance... I asked for painkillers at about 0545am, and the staff in here looked at the clock and told me someone will be shortly going around with the medicines. It seemed to me this was just about time for shift change. I did not get painkillers until about 2.5hrs later, when a different, seniour female midwife came to examine my baby and I have mentioned to her that I was still waiting for the painkillers. She actually stepped out and I was brought these pretty much within.
