"Compassionate caring staff on Lowry ward"

I have had two admissions in the past couple of months and both times have found the staff to be very compassionate and caring, despite the ward not being as modern as others in the Trust.

The staff make up for this. They have helped me so much to return to my road to recovery and I can't thank them enough. I have had many stays in many wards in this Trust and this ward is a shining example of great person-centred care and recovery. The staff are open and honest, sharing their hope for you and your future.

I am never happy to have to be admitted to hospital but the staff always strive to make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible. Thank you all so much for helping me during my time of ill health I appreciate all the staff on Lowry so much.
