Hi, I write this now 8 days after surgery on my right knee as having had time to contemplate just how good I believe my experience was whilst I was in your care. From the admissions team meeting at 0730 hrs to the discharge 3 days later my experience was close to faultless. As the pain is easing a little now I should like to thank the surgeon and all of his team for the work completed so far! My recovery was in Alstone ward where all the staff based there are professional in their approach to their work the wards are well ran and seemed well maintained and hygienic to me, sadly there is a lot of bad press over the NHS but the staff I came across put my trust back in to a well ran organisation.
