"Thankyou staff at Barnsley Hospital"

I visited Barnsley District Hospital on 11/03/09 suffering chest pains. From the moment I reached reception at A&E I was treated with the utmost care, respect and friendliness. All members of staff from doctors, nurses, admin staff, and security were professional in their outlook and made me feel at ease. This continued when I was transferred overnight to ward 18 and included care and attention from all staff including cleaners, porters and caterers. This continued when I was sent to the discharge lounge prior to going home. Hospitals are not somewhere where you want to stay but my visit was made as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Please pass my thanks to all members of staff. Thank you again.
