About: University College Hospital

I heard nice words about this hospital and went there with high expectation. Arrived at Early Maternity Pregnancy Unit at level -1 with my cramps pregnant tummy. The reception straight away was giving me his "whatever" look. I tried to smile and he was still with attitude and without wanting to look me in the eyes and very rude. Cant believe why great hospital employed rude people as their front liner? I went to other floor reception was helpful, so only him at level -1. Went there 2 weeks ago still with the same attitude. Oh well..
