My second visit to this clinic was every bit as good as the first visit. Having previously had problems with treatment on a ward,I was more than surprised to find the level of care and expertise that was attributed to this clinic.The feeling left by the specialist nurse, was as a patient,I felt I was being dealt with in a thoroughly professional and competent manner.I was put completely at ease ,feeling like I have never experienced before at the West Middx.This lady is without doubt deserving of the highest respect,for her dedication and concern for her patient.
