"Dermatology Outpatients"

Dermatology Outpatients is run by a private company called Concordia Health. My experience has not been great, an answerphone on the Dover contact number, and I have never been responded to when leaving various messages. Promised appointment letters have not materialised. Best to contact the company direct by email, which is easily found on their website. They are based in London. Was referred by my own doctor for a carcinoma in June, have seen two Concordia doctors, and now been referred to East Kent and Canterbury hospital, which will take 4 - 6 weeks. Hope this will be more efficient. Can't believe I am the only one who has thinks this service is seriously flawed, and I know that the has been problems with Drs off sick etc, but this does not help patients on the waiting list.
