"Triage / labour"

About: William Harvey Hospital

This morning I have called to triage /labour ward and a women was very rude and unkind when I said that for last four nights I'm having a bad stomach cramps and lower back pain and that I can feel that is something wrong and is a high risk pregnancy ! basically she suggest to take paracetamol and didn't want to listen. she seems busy and not interesting , what a professional attitude? She probably never had any good people relation and support training as they will give you that number if you feel that there is anything wrong . It was horrible experience to speak with that women . I will contact my gp and will ask what should I do? Will probably make a formal complaint against her in Pals and nmc if there will be something wrong with me or the baby . Dealing with people like her will give you only unnecessary stress
