"Staff really do care and do their best"

Having now been a patient at 'The Paget several times over the past 2 years, I believe I can now pass an unbiased opinion.

I recently attended the Pre Admissions Clinic to undergo the necessary tests prior to my next operation being carried out. Staff Nurse Chris was the person responsible for carrying out all the necessary tests; and I must say she dealt with me in an extremely professional and cheerful manner. She went right through the forthcoming process and not only informed me about what would happen and the personnel involved, she answered all my questions before I had chance to ask them.

I can genuinely say it was a pleasant experience, thank you very much.

So far as 'The Paget' goes in general; yes there are delays; yes things don't go as planned, but in my experience we have a hospital together with Staff that really do care and do their best.
