About: Lings Bar Hospital

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

From the onset I felt at home at Lings Bar. After 2-3 weeks I was worried about being discharged. My husband is in respite care. The Nurse Practitioner reassured me that I would not go until everything was sorted and I was well enough.

The staff are wonderful and have so much patience. Twice I had to go back to QMC. I kept saying "I need to go back"

Thank you for such a lovely, positive response regarding your care on Forest Ward.

I am pleased that you feel 'at home' on the ward and reassured regarding the plans that will be put into place to ensure that you are discharged safely.

I will ask the ward manager to share with her team your kind comments about her staff.
