About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I would like to express my thanks to your doctors, nursing staff and others who looked after me during a brief stay last week.

I had to be admitted as an emergency early in one morning due to a possible excess of Paracetamol due to a tooth infection. I was admitted and ended up on Glossop ward, please would you send my sincere thanks to all.

I was sorry to learn of your admittance to the hospital, but would like to thank you for taking the time to share your very kind comments with us.

I have passed on your thanks to both the emergency department and Glossop ward, where I know they will be warmly recieved.
