(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

When I first came to the dentist, I was alot smaller and very scared. Since I have been coming I have always seen the same staff members so they know how scared I was and helped me become not scared anymore. They don't make me wait very long which is good and they always tell me what they are going to do before they do it, and I always get a sticker. I love my dentist!
