"I have never been better looked after"

I attended an outpatients appointment at UCLH. I appreciate very much the specialist nature of the clinic as here I attended a dedicated IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) clinic. The IBD nurse and the consultant are experts in my condition. I also never have to wait long for tests, unlike previous hospitals I have been under. Usually there is a long wait (an hour is not unusual) for the clinic, but on this occasion (probably because my appointment was early morning) I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. I have had Crohn's for 25 years or more and have never been better looked after than I am now.
