About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

My wife just visited Ilkeston hospital for an examination by a consultant and left in tears the consultant was brash and arrogant. The consultant was snappy and terse, and treated my wife like a child and it seemed she was wasting the consultant's time. She was sent by her doctor and didn't realise she had been before (18yrs ago) with the same problem. She suffers with depression and it has been made worse by her visit. The consultant has told her to make an appointment to see them but she is now reluctant to go after the treatment she has received.
