"Hysteroscopy"

I attended North Manchester General Hospital as a day case for a Hysteroscopy Procedure done under general anaesthetic. I was very apprehensive and quite anxious about the procedure before arriving at the hospital. However I have nothing but praise for every single member of staff who I came into contact with. Each one was polite, patient, kind, caring and professional in their field - be they nurses, porters, doctors, consultants, or anaesthetists. I was treated as a person, not a mere number. At every stage, it was explained to me what was going to happen and I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions of I was unsure about anything. I felt very reassured and confident that I was in safe hands. A huge thank you to all involved. I am so grateful to you all.
