"I will not be going to this centre again"

I went to the Huyton walk in centre in mid July 2014 at around 8: 40pm with an injury (swollen hand, due to falling). I asked is somebody could take a look at it the receptionist who was very polite said yes + asked me to take a seat after taking my details. I think asked if I could have the code for the toilets, before she could reply a nurse appeared telling me I didn’t have time to use the toilet and that I would have to be examined right away as the building was closing at 9pm. She took me into a room where there were 2 or 3 other members of staff in who began to question me as to why I’d come in. I explained about my hand, she rushed through the examination, reeling off what I could take for the pain etc... I could hardly take the info in as it was getting said so fast. She couldn’t see why I’d come in with a swollen hand and told me it wasn’t broke. She then told me that this was the advice that she could give me at this time of the night and proceeded to rush me out. I found her attitude very rude and I felt upset. I felt as if I was insignificant and frankly, I’m disgusted with the serviced I receive. I will not be going to this centre again.
