About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as the patient),

I have taken on board the new ways of dealing with worry and can now categorise if I should put problems to the back of my mind or make plans to work through them. My counsellor was great, very honest, open and was a great listener. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it as I am feeling loads better now.
