Brilliant. I am on a long journey that will need more than 6 short sessions but I feel so much more confident about my future with the skills + knowledge I have been given by Jennie. Truly life changing help!

It's great to hear that with Jennie's help you are now feeling more confident and hopeful about your future. Quite often therapy is the strat of a journey to recovery and I wish you well as you continue on your own journey.
