"From the moment I arrived everything went well"

I had laser surgery at the Surgical Day Unit carried out by the Urology surgeon.

From the moment I arrived until I left, everthing went well. I was very happy with service provided. Everyone was friendly, considerate, and experienced. The surgeon and the anaesthatist came to see me before and after the operation and they were very reassuring. They are obviously very skilled. I am so grateful I live in an age when such skilled people and equipment is available. The nurses who looked after me when I arrived and after the operation, including during the evening were particularly friendly, reassuring and helpful. The food I was served was good - I emailed the Daily Mail to let them know that poor food wasn't a problem at NHS Forth Valley (sorry for forgetting everyones' names)
