I found my anxiety levels have slightly reduced. I have recieved support and been given different coping strategies for my flash backs.
I am feeling more relaxed and ready to cope with things when I get home.
I am very grateful for all the help and support I have recieved from all the staff during my stay at the Sanctuary.
