"Efficient and well organised"

Brought my 90-year old mother in for an orthopedic follow-up. Parking was easy, reception staff helpfully pointed me to a wheelchair and out-patients team had everything under control. Appointment time has bang on (actually slightly early) and the consultant surgeon we met was clear, honest and practical. Overall, a refreshingly positive NHS experience.
