"ENT review"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

Hope I never have to go ent ever again. It's like a cattle market you sit for an hour after your time to see consult after op then the consultant talks over you to a colleague, a trainee ?? I haven't a clue about why I went, all I know is the consultant sprayed my nose to numb it, and then went ahead with the scope straight away. The consultant never asked if the numbing spray had worked or gave it chance to. I've never have I felt so rushed than with this consultant, now I have to pay for my notes if I need to know more this. This must be the way the nhs is now, and I obviously need to pay private my taxes just ain't enough anymore. The consultant may of taken more time if I had paid ?
