About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

I would like to thank and commend the staff for their care, compassion and excellent service when my Father was admitted for day surgery under the Dr. From first seeing the Consultant through to his admission, surgery, stay and follow-up. the care has been excellent from all staff, including the anaesthetist and nursing staff. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your Father’s recent surgery at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.

I am pleased to hear that the staff treated your Father with care and compassion throughout his time in the hospital. The Chief Nursing Officers 6’Cs vision: “care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment” has become a fundamental part of everything we do in our Trust and it’s fantastic that staff were demonstrating these behaviors on your fathers visit. I will be sharing your kind words with the teams involved in his care and treatment.
