"refered to Qvh miu from my local miu in kent"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

I was refered to the Qvh miu as I have damaged a tendon in my hand, well what can I say. From start to finish my experience was exceptional, the staff were so helpful, I got seen on time by a lovely doctor, so friendly and professional. When I couldn`t find a department a member of staff showed me the way by walking me there. I had to have a ultra sound scan, i was told it may be a bit of a wait as I was unscheduled but they fitted me in under very short notice. Wow - ten minutes I waited and my scan was done, thank you to your staff in this dept. I also had an appointment made for me to see a specialist in just over a week by a very busy nurse who was so pleasant. In this day and age we are so eager to complain when things go wrong and so slow when things go right. I am sure this hospital runs on team work, so a very big well done and thank you from a very satisfied patient...outstanding service. Paul.
