"I am learning to deal with my anxities"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult Mental Health Services - Community (County)

(as the patient),

After a 14 month stay in a psychiatric hospital I was discharged to a new flat. I started some therapy with Lindsey at Manor Road in Carlton called Distress Tolerance.

Since starting therapy I have overdosed much less and I am learning to deal with my anxieties. Thank you Lindsey.
