Prior to the operation every detail was explained in terms which were easily understood. The hospital was very clean. Staff were very helpful and reassuring. Theatre staff were excellent. Aftercare ahs been first-class.
From start to finish, the manner of all staff turned what could have been a worrying time into a relaxed experience.
