I was extremely anxious and nervous as I had never had to go into hospital before but the staff on the surgical day unit were amazing, they looked after me from the moment I walked into reception at 7.30am to the moment I left. The surgeon and his team were also amazing and reassured me throughout. The operation was longer than I expected but explained it all later in the day. The recovery staff were lovely and sat with me whilst waiting to go back to the ward. I can't thank the staff enough and even had a few laughs with the sisters in charge. First class service throughout.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback. I know that the team will all be over the moon to know just how much you valued the care and attention they gave to you. I love the fact that you felt not only well cared for but also cared about, from the moment you arrived 'till the time you left us. I'm also glad the injection of some welcome humour here and there helped lift your spirits too. It always means a great deal to staff when patients take the time to give them feedback.
