Response from Royal Derby Hospital

Many thanks for providing us with this very important feedback following your recent attendance at our Emergency Department. We were extremely disappointed to hear of your plight and sincerely apologise for any additional or undue upset that may have been caused at this time. I note you would like to take this further, however, to do so we would need more specific details and information. If you would therefore kindly consider contacting our Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) on Freephone 0800 7837691 or via email on dhft.contactpals@nhs.net to provide them with more information, I am sure they will be able to investigate these matters further and the Trust will then be able to respond to your concerns more thoroughly. In the meantime, once again many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and we certainly hope you are presently feeling much better. Kind regards Patient Experience Team for Derby Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
