I have just come home after a back operation, I was looked after in bay 2 Aston Ward and I can honestly say they could not have looked after me any better, the level of care and kindness was fantastic! Also what kept me feeling positive was the humour that all the staff that looked after had, which I think goes a long way in helping.They shoul be really proud of what they do! The ward team prides itself on the excellent standards of care they give to their patients which as you have rightly pointed out includes the delivery of care with a good sense of humour at all times. This comment has been shared with the whole of the team and we all find it extremely rewarding that patients visiting our ward are happy and satisfied with the care and consideration they receive.
